1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags and packaging are intact

You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or part of promotions are not eligible for exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchanges for:

Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

Personal care or hygiene products

Customized or made-to-order items
3. How to Request an Exchange

Please mention your order number, reason for exchange, and details of the item you would like in return (e.g., different size or color).
4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
5. Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to:
