Refund Policy


1. Eligibility for Refund

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

Note: Items bought on sale or part of promotions are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, reason for refund, and (if applicable) photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us


Note: Noble Splash reserves the right to refuse refunds if items are returned in poor condition or outside the return window.
