1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Damaged items due to misuse

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. Our support team will guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.


Note: Noble Splash reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
