1. Eligibility for Returns

Note: Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Damaged items due to misuse

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
